SUBJECT: STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARD

Reference is made to Registrar ASA’s Memo dated 29/04/2022 advising students to apply for and obtain an Identification Card from the University Library.A sizeable number of students are yet to apply for the Identification Card while some processed cards remain uncollected at the Library’s collection desk. This is a final call directing students at all learning levels (from certificate to postgraduate) and all modes of study (full-time and part-time) to be in possession of GaU StudentIdentification Card by 30th January 2023.

From 1st February, 2023, any Student without GaU Identification Card will not beallowed into the University by Security Officers at the main entrance.
