GARISSA UNIVERSITY & M-PESA FOUNDATION PARTNER TO LAUNCH TRANSFORMATIVE TUITION COMPLEX

Garissa University is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the M-PESA Foundation, set to reshape the future of higher education in Northern Kenya. In a consultative meeting led by Mr. Nicholas Wechuli, the Foundation team engaged the University Management Board, Deans, and Directors in a detailed session to finalize the design and features of a state of the art tuition block.

This multi million project fully ICT enabled will house modern lecture halls, an innovation hub, an inclusivity centre, wellness facilities, and a grand auditorium. It directly addresses the pressing shortage of teaching and learning spaces while reflecting the University’s vision of expanding inclusive, accessible, and high quality education.

The project is set to begin in one month, and Garissa University expresses its deepest gratitude to the M-PESA Foundation, the entire Safaricom family, and all partners for this game changing support. The journey to academic transformation has truly begun!
