HOSTEL DEPARTMENT
The hostels department core mandate is to provide hospitable and comprehensive accommodation services that aids the students in their academic endeavors. The Department operations are on a 24 Hours basis, 7 days a week. The halls of residence are manned by highly trained personnel who ensure high standards of sanitation, hygiene, safety and security are observed at all times.

Room Allocation
Allotments of accommodation in Hostels are made in accordance with the norms, procedures and administration stipulations in the “Rules and Regulations Governing Hostel Administration” as approved by University Management.
A student will be considered for room allocation subject to the following conditions:
Availability of bed space.
Study year: Priority is given to First-year students
Students with special needs
Official room payment receipt
Duly filled and signed room application & Resident code of conduct forms.

Room Booking Process
The hostels are available for booking at the end of every academic year and room allocationis done through Online booking.

Make full payment for accommodation of Kshs.5600/= in any of our bank account
or M-pesa Paybill.
Open your student portal
Login in using your Student Admission number
Click on the hostel button; hostel room details will appear
Submission
Click on the available rooms and select as per your hostel choice
Lastly, enter book space.
