Today, we took a giant leap forward as President William Samoei Ruto laid the foundation for a Ksh 279 million tuition block at Garissa University! This significant investment will greatly enhance our learning environment and support our students’ academic journey.

In addition, the initiation of new hostels, which will accommodate 1,700 students with an investment of Ksh 750 million, is underway. With excavation already in progress, we expect completion by August 2027.
