Swearing-in of New GAUSO Leaders

On this remarkable day, November 23rd, 2023, we proudly announce the inauguration of the Garissa University Student Organization (GAUSO) Officials into office!

The swearing-in ceremony, officiated by the University Legal Officer, was a momentous occasion as 7 dedicated officials were entrusted with the mantle to lead and represent the vibrant student community.

A special congratulations goes out to our newly elected GAUSO officials! We were honored to have Professor Ahmed O. Warfa, our esteemed Vice Chancellor, extend his heartfelt congratulations to the elected leaders for their victory in the recently concluded election.

In his address, Professor Warfa urged our GAUSO officials to uphold their mandate with integrity and passion. Their role in representing student concerns is crucial, and we believe in their ability to make a positive impact on the Garissa University community.
